The Functional Medicine Consult Package is designed for patients who already have a PCP and are looking to explore an issue at a deep level through an integrative and functional approach. The package includes two visits (in-person or tele-health). The package does not include prescription management or ongoing care for chronic issues. 

The Foundational Health Membership establishes Dr. Kate as your primary care physician and includes your annual preventive exam, your annual lab package, and one additional visit that can be used as needed for acute care or routine follow up. Additional office visits and Functional Medicine appointments can be added as needed at the Members-only rate. Medication management is provided. Care provided outside the office, such as telephone calls for remote care are not included but can be added at the members-only rate. 

The Comprehensive Wellness Membership establishes Dr. Kate as your primary care physician and includes your annual exam, annual lab package, office visits, functional medicine visits (4 per year), osteopathic treatment visits (4 per year), care coordination with specialists, medication management, and all care provided outside the office via telephone, email, and text messaging is included in the membership fee. 

Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (OMM) refers to a set of hands-on techniques used to diagnose and treat various musculoskeletal conditions. Examples include myofascial release, trigger point therapy, craniosacral therapy, and more.

No. Integrate Internal Medicine is a Direct Primary Care clinic, which is designed to remove the middleman (insurance, including Medicare), to promote price transparency, and to improve access and quality of care.

You pay a membership fee and receive access to Integrate Internal Medicine’s services. You can read more about this topic by reading several articles available on our blog.


No. Medicare: If you are on Medicare, you cannot submit a claim to medicare for any services rendered at Integrate Internal Medicine. This is against Medicare’s Policy. When you join our practice, you will be asked to sign a Medicare Agreement, acknowledging that Dr. Erickson has opt-ed out of Medicare and that you understand you cannot submit a bill to medicare for services rendered at Integrate Internal Medicine.

Other insurance: we do not provide insurance related billing statements or super-bills.

Not a problem. We can submit consult requests to any provider. If your insurance has a preferred network, just let us know.

Yes! Dr. Erickson is happy to coordinate your care with other providers.

Simple. We can draw your labs directly in clinic, which is much cheaper than going to the hospital. If you would like to use your insurance, we are happy to fax lab requests to St. Luke’s or any other lab of your choice. Imaging is not a problem either. We can send imaging requests to St. Luke’s or any other imaging center of your choice.

Yes! Available to Comprehensive Wellness Members only. When you are sick, sometimes the last thing you want to do is load up in the car—especially in the middle of winter—to drive to the clinic. Allow me to come to you. I’m happy to offer house calls during business hours and by appointment, for patients who live in Bellevue, Hailey, Ketchum, or Sun Valley. There is an additional fee of $150 per visit.

No. Dr. Erickson sees adults 18 years and older.

Seamless communication is key to optimizing your healthcare experience. We’ve employed several secure communication platforms to allow you communicate in whatever form works best for you! Email, text message, video chats, and our electronic portal are all available to you. Most forms of communication link directly with your chart so nothing is lost. Dr. Erickson and her staff are available to respond to messages during business hours. If you contact the clinic after hours, we will get back to you the next business day.

The clinic is open Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 9a-4p. The office is closed on Wednesdays.
