We are able to get you in quickly, to address issues as they arise. Dr. Kate is also available to adult Idaho residents for tele-health functional medicine consultations.

No. Integrate Internal Medicine is a Direct Primary Care clinic, which is designed to remove the middleman (insurance, including Medicare), to promote price transparency, and to improve access and quality of care.

You pay a membership fee and receive access to Integrate Internal Medicine’s services. You can read more about this topic by reading several articles available on our blog.

No. Medicare: If you are on Medicare, you cannot submit a claim to medicare for any services rendered at Integrate Internal Medicine. This is against Medicare’s Policy. When you join our practice, you will be asked to sign a Medicare Agreement, acknowledging that Dr. Erickson has opt-ed out of Medicare and that you understand you cannot submit a bill to medicare for services rendered at Integrate Internal Medicine.

Other insurance: we do not provide insurance related billing statements or super-bills.

Seamless communication is key to optimizing your healthcare experience. We’ve employed several secure communication platforms to allow you communicate in whatever form works best for you! Email, text message, video chats, and our electronic portal are all available to you. Most forms of communication link directly with your chart so nothing is lost. Dr. Erickson and her staff are available to respond to messages during business hours. If you contact the clinic after hours, we will get back to you the next business day.
