No, Integrate Internal Medicine does not bill or contract with insurance companies. This allows Dr. Erickson to provide longer visits, personalized attention, and individualized care plans without the restrictions and time limitations that often come with insurance-based medicine.

You’ll receive a transparent, upfront pricing structure with no hidden fees or surprise bills. Payment is due at the time of service, and you’ll always know the cost before your visit.

If your insurance plan offers out-of-network benefits, you may request an itemized receipt (superbill) to submit for possible reimbursement or to apply toward your deductible.

Yes — if you have private insurance with out-of-network benefits, you may be able to submit an itemized receipt (superbill) for possible reimbursement. Integrate Internal Medicine can provide this documentation upon request.

Please note that Dr. Erickson is opted out of Medicare, which means Medicare beneficiaries cannot submit claims to Medicare or request reimbursement for services provided. Payment for services must be made directly to Integrate Internal Medicine at the time of your visit.

Many patients use HSA or FSA funds to pay for services, lab testing, or supplements, but we recommend confirming eligibility with your account provider.

By remaining independent of insurance networks, Dr. Erickson is able to offer longer visits, personalized care plans, and treatment recommendations tailored specifically to you — without the restrictions of insurance-based medicine.
